S.B. 43 and H.B. 104 Advocacy Tool Kit provides mental health advocates with the tools they need to promote passage of legislation in Ohio to clarify the state’s law with regard to court ordered outpatient treatment. The kit includes a sample letter to Ohio Senators, an overview of the changes proposed in S.B. 43 and H.B. 104, general talking points and a list of frequently asked questions.
